In less than two sentences, How do you handle a difficult customer interaction?
Ensure I actively listen to the customer's concerns and strategizing ways in which I can satisfy the customer without compromising the organization's values. Make concious effort to ensure the customer never feels insulted, and if necessary, consult my commanding officer on the best way forward.
