You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
I am at the assumption that I may be enjoying the product first hand, but through my perspective, you have to give it a long run (I would say around 2 weeks) to notice any changes, and see how it all adapts. If it gets to a further point of a month, and I am still not enjoying the product, I will notify the company--more than anything, customer service--about how I feel of the product, and make sure to note that this is just me and my own perspective of the said product, and other could react to it differently.
