Can you give an example of a detailed QA report you have created in the past?

I reported a critical payment issue where Google Pay charged a previously used card instead of the newly selected one due to incorrect card tokenization. The application was saving the old card details in a variable, which caused the wrong token to be passed during the transaction. I documented the issue with detailed reproduction steps, environment information, expected vs actual behavior, and transaction logs, and highlighted the financial and user-trust impact so it could be prioritized and fixed quickly.

How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?

I start by understanding the expected behavior and then try to consistently reproduce the issue by testing different scenarios and edge cases. My experience as a QA Automation Tester Intern at BNP Paribas helped me follow a structured approach to documenting bugs with clear reproduction steps, expected vs actual results, and relevant evidence, making it easier for teams to fix issues efficiently.
