Tell us a story about your journey related to hair or gut health?
Whenever I was in middle school, my scalp and hair became a huge issue for me so I had to start taking vitamins, using medications, and finding new supplements in order to fix my hair problem. I have always loved taking care of hair!
I have recently started in my journey with vitamins so this is just the beginning of my gut health journey, but I am excited.

Both! I have recently been looking for effective gut health probiotics. I started getting more into vitamins recently so I would love to try them out and recommend them to others.
