The product reviews. Reviews have a major impact on my decision to buy a product. I prefer in-depth reviews with photo evidence rather than short "I don't like it" reviews. I don't like having regrets when purchasing a product, so I always check the reviews.

¿Do you think reviews are a key factor before purchasing a product?
Yes, they have a major impact on my opinion. I am someone who is extremely picky about the products they purchase. I find myself standing in the aisles of stores, looking up a product and its reviews for extended periods of time before I get it. Same with online shopping: I check every review or video on the product before adding it to my cart. I just dislike having regrets about things I buy, so reviews help me out a lot.
