Can you share an example of a design that significantly improved a product's user experience?

During my internship at Transurban, I created a centralized AI @Work Hub on SharePoint with a UX/UI focus., which initially there’s tons of confusion about our internal AI pages. By streamlining navigation and structuring resources clearly, employees could access AI tools and learning materials more easily, boosting adoption, engagement across the business and received positive feedback from users.

How do you approach balancing creativity with user functionality in design?

Balancing creativity with functionality is like composing music, every bold note must flow with harmony, so designs inspire while staying effortless to use.
