I think the options for the different resume templates are great. What I would add is the ability to have a step-by-step guide as to how to really fill a resume template out in order to stand out when an employer is looking at it.

What is the most important thing a social media manager should be doing?
I think the most important thing for a social media manager should be doing is constantly finding way to improve their social media presence. Social media is something that is always changing. I think when an individual finds something that works, they should stick with it while making it something that they can tweak when needed
