That means daily posts that start conversations things like student advice, budgeting tips, real experiences with making money in college, and open discussions where people actually want to jump in and share their thoughts. I’d stay active in the comments to keep conversations going and help build trust within the community.I’d also help recruit and coordinate a small group of Reddit creators who understand the platform and Gen Z culture, making sure content stays consistent while still feeling authentic. On top of that, I’d monitor interactions and moderate as needed to keep the space positive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful for students navigating early careers and income opportunities.
