A social media manager should be doing many things, but probably the most important is displaying the brand or company they are managing in the way the owners desire that promotes engagement with the audience they are geared towards.

I can play multiple roles. So, if I feel depending on the situation that I need to speak up like a leader then I will. Most times I like to work independently, but I definitely love to hear others ideas and shar my own with the group.
