What strategies would you use to spread the word about MicroMint on campus?
I would focus on making MicroMint feel like something fun and social, not just about saving money. I’m active in multiple group chats, including one with class presidents, so I’d use those to introduce the idea as a way for friends to save together through creative and engaging challenges. I’d encourage people to join with their friend groups, share progress, and turn saving into something interactive. I’d also support this with relatable Instagram and TikTok content. The goal is to make MicroMint feel like a shared experience between friends, not just an individual habit.

How would you motivate your peers to join a savings circle?
I would motivate my peers by turning saving into something social through group chats, where we’re already highly active. I’d create a dedicated chat to share progress, small wins, and reminders, making saving feel like a group challenge rather than an individual task. I’d also use polls, goals, and friendly competition to keep everyone engaged. When people see their friends staying consistent, it naturally motivates them to join and stick with it.
