How do you stay creative when creating content regularly?

I stay creative by not trying to force it. I’ve found that the best ideas usually come from the "messy" parts of my actual routine, like the mental wall I hit during a long run or the rush of a 16-hour course load.I nstead of looking at what everyone else is doing on social media, I just focus on documenting my own process. I try to capture the parts of my day that feel the most real. It keeps the content from feeling like a chore and ensures that what I’m sharing is actually authentic to who I am.

What type of content do you find most effective for engaging an audience on social media?

I think the most effective content is usually just high-energy and honest. People can tell when something is a forced ad, so I prefer showing how a brand actually fits into my life, like my training for a half-marathon or just trying to look put-together between classes. Short, "day-in-the-life" style clips or "get ready with me" videos work best because they feel like a conversation with a friend rather than a sales pitch. It's all about building the gap between a brand’s aesthetic and the reality of a busy, disciplined schedule.
