I pay attention to how social media trends fluctuate and shift with relevance to pop culture. I find the trends that I identify with or that I find particularly exciting. I will add these trends to my own brand by using the elements from the trends that inspire me.

I would reach out to the customer to find out what issues they were having with the product. I would listen to their improvement suggestions for the product and thank them for their support. I would mediate the situation by offering a substitute product or a discount code for their next purchase.
