Interview Questions
Serif.ai
Content Creator for AI software

walk me through how you would plan and create a week's worth of content for serif.ai. What would be your process from ideation to posting, and how would you ensure consistency while keeping content fresh?
The system that's worked for me to daily upload for my own accounts is to have a massive back load of ideas to pick from everyday. I would copy ideas that have already worked on certain platforms to keep as ideas to work off of. Everyday I set aside a 60 minute work block only for going on instagram and tiktok and finding viral videos that I can shift to fit my own account. This allows my idea bank to always have fresh ideas I can choose from while also making the recording/editing process seamless and I know exactly what the video for the day is.

If you had to create 3 different TikTok videos about serif.ai right now, what would each concept be and why would they resonate with your target audience?
The first video would be about how the ai adapts and sounds exactly like you. It'd be a fast pace story on how I needed an extension for an essay and needed to email my professor. I would add humor and act out the clips in order to keep it engaging and entertaining.
The second video would be a talking head very authentic however less edited video. It would be me at night stressed explaining how my inbox was full of emails from my advisor and professors and this ai tool I just found literally drafted emails for every single one while sounding just like me.
The third video would be a fun upbeat video explaining all the benifits of the ai. It would start with the hook "I used Chat-gpt to write all my emails until... I made Serif.ai". I would then go into all the ways it has helped me in my day to day.
For the first two videos, my target audience is college students. This would resonate with them as those are real life situations that every single college kid has experienced. The thrid video is a much more broad target audience. Still having the name of "Chat-gpt" in the hook still allows the relatablilty.

In your opinion, what makes a video go viral? more specifically, how would you attempt to make a viral video for serif?
There are multiple ways a video can go viral, however the platform also plays a roll. From my experience, Instagram and YouTube favor professional, highly edited storytelling videos, while TikTok leans toward raw, relatable, person-to-person content. Regardless of the platform though, a video must immediately showcase its value, connect with the viewer through relatability, and, in Serif's case, demonstrate the AI software's benefits. As a busy college student, who gets plenty of emails I dont want/don't have time to respond to, I can relate to so many other college students like myself. A example hook would be, "Don't write your own emails, instead, build an ai to do it for you" or "I hated responding to my grumpy professors, so, I built an ai to do it for me".
