As a youth leader for a Buddhist youth group, we often organize fun events to foster teamwork and keep retention rates high. To organize these events, we all have to pay attention to the smallest things, such as attendance, available funds to support the event, finding locations to hold these events, keeping morale and motivation high, keeping records of the event, etc.
