What role does journaling play in your life?
I journal everyday, allowing myself the freedom to not follow set guidelines and do prompts that serve me. I often find prompts that don't restrict me and when needed, I just brain-dump. Journaling helps me to materialize my thoughts and as much as I love tech, nothing beats a pen and paper.
