To generate buzz for Pacifica, I’d focus on authentic, story driven content that highlights the brand’s vegan, cruelty free values. I’d create fun Reels and ‘get ready with me’ videos, partner with eco friendly creators, and run interactive challenges to get followers involved. The goal is to make Pacifica feel like a community celebrating clean, feel good beauty.

How do you engage an online community around a product launch?

I engage online communities around a product launch by creating authentic, interactive content that builds connection and excitement. For example, when promoting SunBum and Neutrogena, I hosted Instagram takeovers, shared behind-the-scenes moments, and led live Q&As to drive event turnout and connect with students in real time. Most recently, as an Uber One ambassador with Home From College, I created relatable videos featuring my friends and siblings showing how we actually use Uber One in our everyday routines like post-night-out rides or food runs during study sessions. I’ve found that blending real experiences with interactive storytelling makes followers feel like they’re part of the launch, not just watching it.
