WHy are you interested in trying Woody's Wine?

I’m really interested in Woody’s because it brings a fresh, fun energy to non-alcoholic wine. I love that it doesn’t feel like a compromise, it still has that social, celebratory spirit but without the buzz. The branding feels approachable and nostalgic, like it’s made for people who love the ritual of wine nights but want something lighter or more mindful. I’m curious to see how it captures that same depth of flavor and moment of connection, just without the alcohol.

What are your favorite aspects to look for when tasting wine?

love wines that evolve in the glass, when the first sip and the last sip feel like two different chapters of the same story.

What is your favorite recipe to cook using tamari or soy sauce?

My go-to is a garlic sesame noodle stir-fry, simple but packed with flavor. I sauté garlic and ginger in sesame oil, toss in veggies like snap peas and mushrooms, then mix in noodles with a sauce made from Jozo tamari, a little rice vinegar, honey, and chili crisp. It’s quick, cozy, and that barrel-aged tamari adds this deep, umami flavor that regular soy sauce just doesn’t have. Honestly, it’s the kind of recipe that tastes like takeout but feels homemade and balanced.
