ASU Wellness Society would be an amazing fit for this brand because our community has been placing a strong emphasis on physical health, and I would love to help expand that conversation to include the mental and emotional side of wellness as well. I’m also involved in the Women Business Leaders Association, Women in STEM, and Leaders Academy, where I’ve seen firsthand how important mental health awareness is for students balancing academics, leadership, and personal growth. College can be a stressful and overwhelming time for many people, and I believe these organizations would be excited to collaborate on initiatives that encourage open conversations, support systems, and a more holistic approach to wellness.

Yes, I think everyone struggles to communicate something meaningful, and it can feel uncomfortable or vulnerable. I personally have gone through grief, and I have struggled opening up to people about it.
