What experience do you have with live content or meditation-related topics?

My experience with live content and meditation-related topics comes from working within wellness, fitness, and mindfulness-centered spaces where presence and sensitivity are essential. Through my background in yoga, fitness, and holistic wellness practices, I understand how to capture moments of stillness, breathwork, and embodied movement without disrupting the energy of the experience.

What resonates most with me about Devi Wellness’s Instagram is how rituals, such as full moon and new moon moments, are presented with reverence and flow rather than rigidity. When documenting live or meditative experiences, I take an unobtrusive approach, allowing the ritual to unfold naturally while I capture its essence. I focus on energy, pacing, and atmosphere, ensuring the content feels sacred, grounded, and emotionally rich. This approach allows the final visuals to reflect not just what happened, but how it felt, which I believe is essential for meditation and ritual-based storytelling.

How do you approach creating engaging content for wellness audiences?

I approach creating content for wellness audiences by centering community, intention, embodiment, and visual storytelling. Wellness content is most powerful when it feels immersive rather than performative, so I focus on capturing moments that feel grounded, sensory, and emotionally resonant. This means prioritizing natural movement, thoughtful pacing, and environments that support a feeling of calm, presence, and connection.

Looking at Devi Wellness’s Instagram, I’m especially drawn to the way the content blends ritual, femininity, and modern luxury without feeling overly produced. The visuals feel soft yet intentional, intimate yet elevated. When creating content, I aim to mirror that balance by capturing lived moments, subtle gestures, breath, texture, and light in a way that invites the viewer to slow down and feel. My goal is always to create content that aligns with the emotional experience of the brand, allowing the audience to see themselves within the ritual rather than simply consuming it.

What is one resource that BBG could provide your club members?

One valuable resource Built By Girls could provide is a career pathway and mentorship toolkit tailored to women and non-binary people navigating STEM fields beyond the classroom. This could include short guides, live sessions, or digital content on breaking into tech-adjacent roles such as sustainability tech, climate data, product management, and social impact careers, paired with real stories from professionals who took non-linear paths into STEM. This type of resource would help students connect their academic interests to real-world opportunities while building confidence and clarity about what is possible.
