Can you walk me through your process for editing a video and audio podcast episode from raw footage to final upload?

First I need to analyse the video and see which part needs to be trim down I need to atleast watch it 2 to 3 times to get to understand the video and get the idea of how to edit it remove the part that is unnecessary and check the sound and if all the things are perfect atleast recheck it one more time

What strategies would you use to help grow a podcast’s audience, especially on social media?

Firstly I would see what is our audience whom should I target kids women men like this next optimize the social media platform after that create short form of ur content and upload it in all the social media platforms which will help reach new audience
