Interview Questions
Jenni
UGC Content Creator (Study Niche)

how would you ensure you are able to stick to the daily posting frequency?
I'd batch content creation and treat it like a non negotiable part of my schedule. Daily posting isn't about inspiration it's about systems. I'd block out specific times each week for filming multiple videos at once so I'm always ahead by at least 3-5 days. I'd also keep a running list of content ideas so I'm never starting from scratch when it's time to create. Honestly the biggest thing is I've already proven I can show up consistently, I scaled my family's daycare and managed multiple high pressure deadlines throughout student orgs at Berkeley. This is just applying that same discipline to content creation.

UGC Content Creator (Study Niche)

what is your past experience with content creation and ugc campaigns?
I've created UGC content for restaurants which taught me how to make products feel desirable through authentic storytelling rather than just features. I know how to capture those stop the scroll moments and turn everyday experiences into content that actually drives engagement. I also led digital marketing for a mayoral campaign where I learned what moves metrics vs what just looks polished. For StudyTok specifically I'm in the exact demographic and I understand what resonates with students because I'm living it. I've studied what makes AI tools feel relevant instead of like another boring productivity app and I'm ready to apply everything I've learned to turn views into real growth for Jenni.

Can you help get 25 participants by december 15?
Absolutely, and honestly 25 feels conservative. I helped scale my family's daycare from 16 to 55 students and ran fundraising campaigns that consistently exceeded targets because I know how to create momentum and follow through. The timeline is tight but that actually works in our favor, urgency drives action. My approach would be identify the early adopters in my network who are already creating content, get them to commit and post within the first few days, then use their submissions as social proof to recruit the next wave. I'd also tap into student orgs and creator communities at Berkeley where there are tons of people who'd jump at a legitimate opportunity like this.
