I stay up to date with socials and trends through setting designated times of day to scroll on my for you page within my niche. I follow accounts that keep up with trends, and use websites such as and adobe that show up and coming trends throughout the months. I also use SEO to find trends on Instagram and TikTok. I use Creator Search Insights on TikTok to keep on with trends as well.
