Can you walk us through your process of brainstorming and executing content ideas?
I first come up with an idea and concept. If the video is more educational or formal I'll outline a script/bullet points of ideas I want to hit on. If it is a more causal video I will have a more go-with-the-flow approach because I belive authenticity is important.

How do you stay updated on the latest trends in content creation?
I love to scroll. I feel like being on TikTok and paying attention to hashtags, sounds, formats etc. in videos is really important in staying current on trends.
