Share a time that you helped someone over the age of 60 that you're not related to.
During my time as Blood Drive Leader for the American Red Cross, I worked with several seniors. First, I helped them navigate their smart phone to find their donor information. Second, I helped them check into the blood drive, dealing with medical information, scheduling, and questions. Many of them were hard of hearing or had a disability, so it often took patience and rephrasing. However, I loved the opportunity to be kind to them & (hopefully) help them learn to use their phone! Plus, I got to know the regulars and often shared laughs with them!
