I make sure that every detail is considered when testing a product by following a systematic testing plan, recording observations carefully, and going over all of the findings to find any errors or inconsistencies.

Can you describe a situation where your diligent testing approach led to improving a product's quality?
In one of my earlier product testing experiences I tested a skincare product and discovered it caused irritation on sensitive skin. The development team was able to reformulate the product based on this feedback and new formula was safe and effective
