Describe a time you took a leadership role in your community.
During college classes where group work is required I usually take the leadership role to guide my group in the right directions especially with power points and presentations. I usually produce an idea and incorporate others by using their ideas as support. I also tend to be willing to present more and empower group members to join me and do the same.
