create a certain aesthetic around the product/service. after that aesthetic is created, i would collaborate with creaters who fit within that aesthetic.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would first apologize for their bad experience, and try to explain their concerns (for example if they think the product is greasy then I'll tell them its due to a specific ingredient we use).
