Interview Questions
Everyday Dose
Brand Ambassador for Everyday Dose Coffee SF

What strategies would you use to engage and educate shoppers during a sampling event?
I focus on 'Aesthetic Engagement' by maintaining a pristine, inviting setup that draws shoppers in visually. My primary strategy is to lead with a relatable lifestyle question, such as 'How are your energy levels today?', to open a dialogue about functional wellness. To educate effectively, I use the 'Three-Pillar Approach': I highlight the Taste (premium coffee), the Benefit (no-crash focus), and the Science (functional mushrooms and collagen) in a quick, 30-second pitch. My goal is to make every shopper feel like they are receiving a personalized wellness tip rather than a sales pitch.

How would you describe Everyday Dose coffee to a shopper unfamiliar with functional coffee?
I describe Everyday Dose as 'coffee with benefits.' It’s the high-quality coffee taste you already love, but upgraded with functional ingredients like Lion’s Mane and collagen. I explain to shoppers that it’s designed to give you sharp mental focus and steady energy all morning without the typical caffeine jitters or afternoon crash. It’s not just a drink; it’s a wellness tool that helps you feel as good as your coffee tastes.

How do you stay organized when balancing multiple projects or deadlines?
I stay organized by treating my creative workflow like a business. I utilize a combination of digital content calendars and task-prioritization frameworks to ensure every project stays on track. Having balanced a high-output content schedule alongside my technical studies at Sreenidhi Institute, I’ve developed the discipline to manage quick-turnaround social media trends without losing sight of long-term marketing goals and event deadlines.
