Describe your approach to onboarding new partners efficiently.
I would begin by scheduling a zoom call. Here we will be introducing our company and product, then giving all of the necessary training/compliance materials and deadlines within the first 24-48 hours of partnership with them. After the call, we will send the relevant materials if not distributed in the call. Once the deadlines are met. I would give them the task, materials, and all instructions to complete these tasks with the deadline. For any questions, we will be online and available to answer via email.
