Describe your experience managing social media channels + campaigns for brands. Share any relevant links + examples

I have experience managing and developing short form social media campaigns through a combination of freelance UGC work and brand strategy projects completed while earning my B.S. in Marketing at the University of South Florida (USF). As a content creator for digital platforms such as Gauth AI, I was responsible for ideation, scripting, editing, caption writing, and publishing short-form videos aligned with current trends and audience behavior. I optimized content using performance indicators to inform future creative direction and improve overall discoverability. In addition to freelance work, I have developed social media campaign concepts for consumer brands targeting Gen Z audiences. For example, I created a TikTok campaign strategy for a new Dyson’s Airwrap Cordless product (#WirelessCurls), which incorporated influencer partnerships, a hashtag challenge, and user-generated content prompts to drive product awareness through storytelling. I also developed a social engagement strategy for Stanley’s Quencher H2.0 focused on community driven content and creator led discovery across TikTok and Instagram Reels. Through a service learning partnership with Mastry’s Brewing Co., I supported the development of a digital membership program (“Mug Society”), recommending social media content themes and promotional messaging designed to move audiences from awareness to retention. Across these projects, I’ve created and edited short form video content in Canva and CapCut, written on-brand captions to drive conversation, and used GA4 and Tableau dashboards to evaluate campaign engagement. My experience has strengthened my ability to translate brand positioning into engaging, trend aligned content that resonates with online communities and supports growth objectives.

Following the trial, I am definitely interested in becoming KEY's social media manager long-term. Being able to actively learn more about the brand will strengthen my ability to manage the social media long term. I will be able to commit 15-20 hours a week for the role!
