How do you approach providing constructive feedback?
When I give feedback, I like to start with what I genuinely enjoyed, because I think it’s important to acknowledge the good first. Then I’ll share one or two areas that could be improved, but I try to keep it specific and practical so it actually helps. I always end on an encouraging note, because my goal isn’t to criticise but to support growth
