Social Media Coordinator
Please share any relevant social media management experience and how you defined success in the role.
In my previous role as the Co-Founder and Head Researcher at Ozone, a non-profit organization, I gained valuable experience in managing social media accounts, specifically Instagram. I was responsible for curating and creating content related to mental health issues, utilizing various creative strategies to engage and educate our audience. I developed a consistent posting schedule, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
In my social media management role at Ozone, I defined success based on several key factors:
Engagement and Reach: I aimed to increase the organization's social media engagement by fostering meaningful interactions with our followers through likes, comments, and shares. Growing our reach and expanding our audience were also important metrics.
Content Performance: I monitored the performance of different types of content, analyzing metrics such as impressions, click-through rates, and conversions. By identifying which posts resonated most with our audience, I refined our content strategy to optimize engagement and achieve our goals.
Impact and Awareness: As a non-profit organization, our primary objective was to raise awareness about mental health issues and provide resources to those in need. Therefore, success was measured by the number of people reached, the level of educational impact, and the engagement generated around important mental health topics.
By analyzing these metrics and continuously refining our social media strategy, I ensured that our content effectively resonated with our target audience, increased awareness of mental health issues, and provided valuable resources to those seeking support.
