How would you engage an audience to try Barebells products?
One of the bigger challenges I have faced at UC Berkeley in the fitness marketing field already is the diversity of goals that students have. For some, they are avid gym goers and push their limits on the field, for others, the most important thing is ensuring a strong workflow for studying and time management with rigerous coursework. Working with this, to engage an audience with Barebells products, I would leverage ambassadorship to connect to specific goals that are orriented for students and their personal vibes and identities. Barebells doesn't have to be a "target audience" product, and can be marketed as such to consumers, whether it be highlighting the incredible macros to those who are health-conscious, or engaging with busy students showcasing the ease and convenience the bars provide as an "on the go" snack for long study sessions. Ensuring that engagement isn't targeted at specific groups, but rather drawing specific engagement for each student's identity, would be key in pursuing Barebells' product ambassadorship at UC Berkeley.

Why do you think you would be a great fit as a Barebells Brand Ambassador?
As a former college ice hockey player and current powerlifter and avid gym goer, Barebells has remained a staple protein and recovery snack for the last 4 years. Having a background in athletics, sports nutrition, along with actively playing a role in one of campus' largest fitness communities, I feel that I could actively contribute not only as a knowledgeable, but also as a personable and relatable ambassador across UC Berkeley. Along with a connection and love for the brand through fitness, I also create a connection through culture and enjoy supporting a parent company from the Nordics, as I myself am Finnish as well. Having the opportunity to support and directly work with a product that I use on the daily, along with a strong foundational company, is one that I couldn't pass up. I appreciate the opportunity!
