To grow Extra’s TikTok, I’d focus on:
Relatable, high-energy content that fits Extra’s fun, playful voice. Recurring series (“Extra Moments,” POVs, quick skits) to build recognition and consistency. Trend-led content adapted with an Extra twist so it feels native but still on-brand. Creator collabs + UGC to expand reach and tap into communities that already overperform on TikTok. Fast community engagement — replying with videos, stitching fans, and building conversation loops. I’d measure success through: Watch time, completion rate, and shares — the strongest indicators of TikTok performance. Follower growth tied to specific content types. UGC volume, comments, and sentiment to track community health.
