Tell us about a meal from the past year that you absolutely loved.
Pasta Frittata. This is pretty much just a pasta pie, but only with spaghetti. You mix the pasta with eggs, cheese, and parsley. Then you put it in your pan until it gets golden brown and it comes out so light and fluffy. The thing I love about this dish is that you can change it however you want, my favorite is to add spinach or onions.
