What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness to me is the ability to feel physically and mentally healthy and at a state of contentment. I try to integrate wellness into my life by exercising for at least 30 minutes to an hour each day.

What is your favorite streaming platform and why?
Netflix is one of my favorite streaming platforms because it holds a lot of fond memories for me. From binge watching seasons alone in my room at 1 am to laughing and screaming with my friends on a Tuesday — the platform will always remain up in my top lists for me.
