We’re looking for long-term creator partners. What helps you do your best work in an ongoing collaboration?
What helps me do my best work in a long-term collaboration is clear communication, creative trust, and consistency. I work best when there’s open dialogue — where we can share feedback honestly and brainstorm ideas together without over-polishing things too early. I love when a brand or team brings me into the process, not just to execute but to collaborate on direction and storytelling. Having a shared understanding of goals, audience, and tone helps me stay aligned and deliver content that feels authentic and on-brand. I also appreciate when there’s room to experiment — testing new formats, visuals, or ideas keeps the partnership fresh and evolving. Ultimately, what makes it work long-term is feeling like we’re building something together, not just one-off projects, but a creative rhythm that grows over time.

Share a past UGC or TikTok/Reel you created that performed well. Why do you think it worked?
This video performed well because I stayed authentic to myself, promoted the product which was a wig and kept viewers enagaged!

What’s your process for creating a video that grabs attention in the first 3 seconds?
When I create a video, I always start by getting clear on why I’m making it and who it’s for. Those first few seconds are make or break, so I focus on grabbing attention right away, whether it’s with a bold statement, an unexpected visual, or a question that sparks curiosity. I want the viewer to stop scrolling and think, “Wait, what’s this?” Once I have their attention, I get straight to the point without long intros or slow builds. I make sure the message or value is obvious within the first five seconds and keep the pacing tight with quick edits, captions, and visuals that work even if the sound’s off. I also test different openings to see what hooks people best because sometimes one small tweak, like changing the first shot or line, can totally change how the video performs. For me, it’s all about making it feel real, fast, and worth watching from the very first frame.
