I would create an excel sheet listing each influencer being compared. I would gather both quantitative and qualitative research including the overall vibe of the influencer, their target audience, their amount of likes/comment, and the number of brands they are collaborating with among other factors. I would compile all of this information into the excel sheet to easily compare all influencers with tangible data and information.

If a customer were to leave a negative response on a social media site, I would reply to the customer by first expressing apologies for the customer's bad experience. I would ensure the customer that something of that nature would not occur again and would offer a discount code for their next purchase. I would finally inform the company of the negative review and ensure they are aware that a customer was not satisfied with Dormify's service.

I would inform people in different clubs and organizations across campus of the app and ask them to send out an advertisement for the app to all of their members. I would post about the app on all social media platforms and university group pages. If the interest arose, I would also present the app in front of different campus organizations and at club fairs.
