Product Development Intern

Do you have previous product development, Research & Development or internships in beauty before? If so, please list.
Yes I have product development experience but not in the beauty industry. I was an operation analyst for Student Holdings, where I conducted market and user research to make strategic decisions of pricing, services, and customer targeting for college student-run businesses. I also was the product manager for a Shriner's Children Hospital project, where we designed and prototyped a camera stabilizer.
Even though I don't have formal experience in the beauty industry, I’ve worked closely with multiple beauty and fashion brands as an ambassador and collaborator, which has given me insight into consumer needs, product positioning, and what makes a formula or concept stand out. I’m a fast learner, very detail-oriented, and genuinely excited to grow in product development.

What products do you think are disrupting beauty?
I think the most disruptive beauty products today are the ones shifting the industry toward personalization and intentional choice. Makeup is no longer just makeup; serum foundations, peptide lip oils, treatment hybrids, complexion drops, and SPF infused tints are stealing the spotlight from traditional skincare. People want products that look good instantly but also improve their skin over time. These products aren’t just trendy; they reflect a bigger move toward smarter, more intentional beauty that adapts to individual needs.
