How do you define and measure success for a social media account?

I define success on social media by how well the content aligns with the brand’s goals whether that’s increasing engagement, building community, driving traffic, or raising awareness. While metrics like likes, shares, and follower growth are important, I place a strong emphasis on deeper engagement like saves, comments, DMs, and how people are interacting with the content over time.

Can you walk us through a successful social media campaign you've managed in the past?

In high school, I focused on promoting mental health awareness during Mental Health Awareness Month. I created a content calendar that blended educational posts, interactive Instagram Stories (like polls and quizzes), and short-form videos where I shared tips for managing stress and self-care routines. I also tapped into trending audio and challenges on TikTok to make the content more engaging and relatable.

How do you stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies?

I stay on top of social media trends by being an active user myself,I’m on all major platforms daily, not just observing but participating in trends, challenges, and new content formats. This helps me understand what’s resonating in real time and gives me insight into how to authentically incorporate those trends into content strategies.
