What are important considerations for you when reviewing a product?

First, I believe quality is the most important thing to look at. If I'm spending money on something, it better have good value for money. This means looking at the way the product feels, how well it works, longevity, etc. Secondly, I would consider how the product looks. If it's not the most pleasing to the eye I probably will be less likely to use it and promote it to other people. Another consideration apart from the actual product would be how easily accessible is the website and reaching customer service. If I wanted to get in touch with customer service but find it difficult, I'm likely to not buy another product from the company.
