What role do you play in a group setting? (leader, introvert, strategist)
I think a good team member knows when to adapt roles based on the group dynamic. As a student, I gravitated toward the leader in group projects, but in my professional life I have found myself lending my creative hand enthusiastically in any capacity that best fits the project.
