This has been a pretry busy summer for me, having to work a lot and prepare for my first year in college, so I'm excited to see if the effects with PYM will help with stress and help me stay focused on my goals throughout this summer and into the fall!

First, I make sure to pay attention to how the product was packaged, when it came in and if it was on time or not, and how the product looks at first glance. Then I write on how the product at first use (if it's something like food or something you eat) is, like how it tastes, any weird consistencies textures. Then I write about its effect if there is supposed to be one and how it has effected my life if it has, or if it hasn't done much of an effect if it's supposed to.
