In terms of negotiating with creators, I will not need much time to get the hang of it since I will keep the company's financial priorities at priority. Furthermore, I believe that not only will I be able to successfully negotiate with creators in a respectful manner to show respect for their craft but also maintain a positive relationship with them to keep them as potential clients for the future if ever needed.

Over the years, I tried to make my own content such as making long form calming videos that people can use as background music for working, studying, or even sleeping. As well as, gathering Tiktok videos of a certain topic, makeup, lifestyle, "Day In the Life," or funny couples pranks all into one 12-15 minute video that can be repurposed on Youtube.

I have not necessarily worked with creators in the past; however, when it comes to management, organization, and social media communications, I do not lack experience as I have worked in various settings handling communication via email or social media platforms for projects.
