Depending on size of teams and what projects mental need to be done I assign teams or groups to work together on specific things that I know are their strengths and weaknesses so that they not only build and grow their skills they’re also not overwhelmed by what they are doing or learning .

This may seem backwards to some people but I like taking care of the smaller task first so that way I have plenty of time to focus on larger projects and task

I like to always try to have at least two team meetings a week to check in with everyone, I also make sure objectives and goals are being discussed and met within a reasonable and efficient manner. Reviewing team work and quality checking to make sure that the work is completed to company standards.
