What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?
One of the main things that brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy is that they focus too much on marketing their products or services and not enough on connecting with their audience. Rather than taking the time to understand their audience and create content that resonates with them, many brands simply continue to push their products or services in a generic, one-size-fits-all approach. This lack of connection can lead to a lack of engagement and can make it difficult for brands to build a loyal following. I think that many brands are lacking in creativity when it comes to introducing their brand to new audiences. Instead of coming up with unique and interesting ways to present themselves and their products, they rely on tried-and-true marketing techniques that may not be as effective as they once were. To sum it up, I believe brands need to shift their focus from simply marketing their products or services to creating meaningful connections with their audience through engaging and creative content.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
To me, wellness means having a balance between my physical and mental health. It means taking care of my body through regular exercise and making healthy food choices, as well as managing my stress and maintaining positive relationships with others. I try to integrate these elements into my daily life by starting each day with a pilates session to keep my body active. I also make an effort to be conscious of the foods I eat and to make healthy choices whenever possible. Additionally, I try to actively manage my stress through activities like journaling and writing affirmations, and I prioritize maintaining good relationships with the people around me, as these positive connections can have a big impact on my overall mental wellbeing.
