My favorite streaming platform is HBO because the other platforms I have that remove the shows or movies I want to watch/rewatch, HBO seems to always have them!

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness to me means feeling good not just physically but mentally as well. Keeping your body and mind healthy! I integrate wellness into my life by doing something active everyday, eating good foods, and keeping my skin and hair healthy by only using the best products with good ingredients.
