What is an app or website you use that could be improved? What would you like to change to improve to make the experience more enjoyable for you?

I am and avid reader of Vogue online and I wish I could make my experience more personal. Obviously Vogue is a huge publication but I often find it hard to locate articles that interest me. I wish there was a way to immediately see articles that cater to my unique interests. I would improve this by creating a quiz that one could take when logging into their account. This would allow me to click on certain tags that would then generate articles with those tags into a page specifically for me.

What is a brand that could improve their social media presence and how would you recommend they improve it?

I believe that Blank Street Coffee is a perfect example of a brand that could improve their social media presence. As of right now they don't really have a personalized brand aesthetic that appeals to their demographics. I think that creating a minimalist approach using their signature colors would help their instagram specifically. Additionally, I think they should focus their posts on the communities their coffee shops on are in and how they're seeking to help them – since that is a major issue many people have with the brand. On a more foundational level, they should be producing more promotional content as well as content that engages with their audience such as Q&A's, polls, and cute stories that their followers can repost.
