What qualities make a product review trustworthy?
One of the biggest thing I look for in product reviews are photos and videos. When I see that someone actually used and purchased the product, it makes me trust that review more than someone just saying "I loved it". I also find reviews that are more detailed are more trusting. When someone describes how the product arrived, how it was used, what they like or don't like about it, etc. are all things I look for in a review.
