What role does journaling play in your life?
My relationship with journaling was inconsistent until the beginning of the pandemic. It helped me cope with the shift in the world, and it was (still is) the one space where I can be 100% me. Each page is different from what I've written and how I've formatted questions and thoughts. I love how it has been a time capsule of my thoughts, feelings, and life events over the past couple of years. I'm now onto my third journal, and I can't wait for what will be shared in there.
